IT&E Wireless Voicemail service allows both Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers to enjoy voicemail service directly on their IT&E Wireless phones.

Prepaid Voicemail

Prepaid subscribers can now enjoy Voicemail Services! Before you can access your Voicemail box, please download the form here and fax it to 646-6448, or contact IT&E Customer Service at 646-8886.

Prepaid Voicemail Rates
  • There will be a charge of 27¢/min during peak times and 20¢/min during off-peak times for ALL voicemail deposits.
  • Voicemail retrieval will cost 10¢/min for both peak and off-peak times.

Note: Prepaid Voicemail service is only accessible from your IT&E Wireless Prepaid Phone.

Voicemail Setup and Dialing Instructions


Initial Setup

To Set Up Your Voicemail:

  1. Dial *53 from your IT&E Wireless Phone
  2. Set your passcode
  3. Set your personal greeting

Note: Setup options are only accessible from your IT&E Wireless Prepaid Phone.

Message Retrieval

Sequential Retrieval :

With sequential retrieval, all new vioce messages are played in the order in which they are received.

  1. Dial *53 from your IT&E Wireless Phone
  2. Enter your passcode
  3. Follow the voice prompts

Selective Retrieval :

Selective retrieval allows you to play a specific message without having to listen to all of your voice messages at one time.

  1. From your IT&E Wireless Prepaid phone, dial *53 and the message ID listed on your voicemail notification. (Example: To listen to a voicemail with the message ID: "03", dial *5303.)
  2. Enter your passcode
  3. Follow the voice prompts

To Send a Page :

To send a page to an IT&E Wireless Phone:

  1. Dial 727-PAGE (7243)
  2. Enter the IT&E subscriber's Wireless number followed by the "#" key.
  3. Enter the number you want called, followed by the "#" key.
